Mr. Shasky is a Senior Real Estate Advisor and Principal Consultant at United Engineering Group. He has over 28 years of experience in land development and construction management. In 1980 he began his career in the heavy construction industry working throughout the United States on public works projects. From 1986 to 1994, he was employed in Arizona by the Del Webb Corporation and UDC Homes working on large scale planned community developments. From 1994 through 2003 he was the Principal of RLS Consulting, Inc., which specialized in the areas of land acquisition, due diligence, financial feasibility, entitlement, and construction management for residential and master-planned communities. Russ has been involved in multi-faceted real estate advisory roles covering approximately 100,000 acres, 23 master-planned communities, 100 subdivisions, 170,000 dwelling units, and 24 construction management projects. Mr. Shasky was employed at Pivotal Group in Phoenix Arizona from 2004 through 2008 as Senior VP of Land Development and Acquisitions. He also has extensive acquisition and due diligence experience in Mexico. He actively participates in several land development organizations including Valley Partnership, Pinal Partnership, and The Urban Land Institute.

Mr. Sharkey has been the Water/Wastewater Manager at UEG for the last 6 years. He has over 35 years of experience in wet utility management throughout the United States as well as international experience. In addition to his combination of regulatory and consulting experience, Murray has been involved in the planning, design and construction of treatment and distribution facilities for water and wastewater. His experience at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, as well as working with the development community throughout Arizona and other Western States for the past 15 years enables Murray to work with builders and developers in acquiring water and wastewater service to new developments. He has consulted with many of the leading builders and worked with most of the communities in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Murray has been involved in the design and construction of the Gold Canyon WWTP, the Arizona City WWTP, pump stations and distribution lines in the City of Phoenix, Prescott Valley, Johnson Ranch as well as planning facilities in Buckeye, Coolidge, and many other Valley Communities. He has been active in numerous engineering and development organizations in the greater Phoenix area.
