As the co-founder of United Engineering Group, a substantial amount of that experience also includes the operation and management of a business and related personnel management. Chris has significant experience in the entitlement and engineering of land development projects. He has been actively involved in over 50 master planned developments spread out over Arizona, Southern California, Colorado, and Texas. He has provided technical oversight and management of the design and plan production process for over 30 residential subdivisions in the Phoenix metro area.

Professional career includes; various project management and management positions with five major corporations (Boeing, Honeywell, AlliedSignal, Advanced Micro Devices and Intel Corporation), with the last five years in a management and principal position for United Engineering Group. Experience includes over 23 years in the project management, design, and construction management of advanced manufacturing technology facilities for the aerospace and semi-conductor industry, general commercial construction projects, and residential and commercial land development. Doug has extensive experience in the management of the engineering and design phase, as well as the pre-construction, and construction phases of projects. He has experience facilitating capital funding of projects, contract management, and the management of project schedules and budgets. A significant portion of his experience has been engaged in managing internal corporate divisions including various levels of employees. Over, the last five years, his experience has provided valuable insight into the management and operation of United Engineering Group.
